Strong, useful,
memorable.
Websites, ads, and email — for online brands and service businesses. Run by one operator with 14 years on Meta and Google ad dashboards. Six brands shipped end to end. Real receipts, checked against the system of record before I report them ($15.8K in ads → $85K tracked).

I run an online store.
Shopify, email, paid ads. Receipts, benchmarks, and the technical detail you’d expect. The operator-console version — jargon allowed because you already speak it.
Services for online storesI run a service business.
Spas, salons, restaurants, tours, real estate. Plain English, no buzzwords. Same operator, scoped to what local service businesses actually need.

Most start with The Roadmap to get a clear picture before committing. The Setup is the 30-day rebuild — website, ads, and email shipped together. The Retainer keeps it running — capped at three brands so the work stays sharp.
The Roadmap
90-min call plus a written plan. I look at your website, ads, and email, then send a prioritized fix list ranked by impact. Yours to keep, even if you don’t move forward.
- Live walkthrough of your website — design, copy, Google search visibility
- Tracking verified from your site’s real network requests — what is actually firing, not what is merely installed
- Your ads (Meta and Google) torn apart — what’s working, what’s not
- Ad-platform numbers reconciled against your system of record, so you know which figure to trust
- Email setup reviewed — flows, campaigns, gaps
- Top growth opportunities ranked by impact
- Written plan delivered within 5 business days
The Setup
Full implementation. Website, ads, and email shipped together. Same scope I built for Ceremony in 7 days, yours in 30.
- Custom website built around your brand voice
- GA4 and Google Tag Manager installed and verified, including server-side conversion events
- Ads launched on Meta or Google (or both)
- Email welcome sequence written and live in your account
- Two landing pages tuned for Google rankings
- Site set up for Google search (the technical foundations)
- One social channel automated (Instagram / Pinterest / TikTok)
- Brand voice doc + content plan handoff
The Retainer
Keep the stack running. Monthly ad management, content, and email. Capped at three brands.
- Meta or Google ads managed monthly
- Monthly site review — search visibility, voice, what’s slipping
- Content engine running on one channel (IG / Pinterest / TikTok)
- One email campaign per month, written and shipped
- Quarterly review of automations + improvements
Real brands. Real numbers.
Two client builds, both still in production. Plus one portfolio that has never heard of me.
Da Life Outdoors — a budget-capped goldmine.
Two Performance Max campaigns split by service line, $15.8K spent across 11 months on a capped daily budget. Google Ads reported 7.2x ($114K in conversion value); GA4 last-click credited 5.4x. I publish both, because the gap is the useful part.
At least 23% of what Ads claimed was branded search. On $15.8K that is a rounding error. On $500K a month it is the difference between scaling the right channel and the wrong one.

Rebuilt from a stock Shopify template. Same week: brand-voice cleanup (19 violations to zero), two landing pages tuned for Google, technical SEO, redirects, welcome-flow rewrite.
Read the build log14 hotels, one owner, scanned cold.
Seven of the fourteen fire no analytics at all, even though every one of them carries a tag manager container sitting in the page source. One booking link in fourteen carries any campaign attribution. All of it read from public pages with no access and no permission, then anonymised before publishing.

I run brands. Six end to end — visual identity, websites, photography, ad campaigns, the whole stack. Fourteen years figuring out what actually returns on a real business with real cashflow, not a portfolio piece.
TradeWindStack is that knowledge packaged into three products. Same website build I did for Ceremony. Same ad management that turned $15.8K into $114K for Da Life Outdoors. Same brand voice methodology. No drag-and-drop, no agency-speak, no playbooks I haven’t run myself.
