What I collect
When you buy The Roadmap, book a call, or download a resource, I collect your name, email, business details, and any information you share about your website, ads, and email setup. Payments are processed by Stripe — I never see or store your full card details. If you download a resource, your email is added to my mailing list (one-click unsubscribe in every email).
How I use it
To deliver the service you paid for, to send the occasional relevant email, and to improve how I work. I don’t sell your data, and I don’t share it except with the tools I use to run the business (e.g. Stripe for payments, Klaviyo for email, Cloudflare for hosting), each under their own privacy terms.
During an engagement
If we work together, you may grant me access to your ad accounts, website, analytics, and email platform. I treat that access as confidential, use it only to do the work, and remove my access when the engagement ends.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask me to delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing hello@tradewindstack.com.
