Refund Policy

The Roadmap ($497)
The Roadmap is paid work with a tangible deliverable. If you’re not satisfied, tell me before the call and I’ll refund you in full. Once the call has happened and the written plan is delivered, it’s non-refundable — but if you move forward with The Setup or The Retainer within 30 days, the $497 is credited toward it.
The Setup ($3,500)
The Setup is a fixed-scope sprint, typically billed half upfront and half on completion. The upfront portion covers the discovery, planning, and build time reserved for you and is non-refundable once work begins. If I’m unable to deliver the agreed scope, I’ll refund the unearned portion.
The Retainer ($1,500/mo · $750/mo local)
The Retainer runs on a 3-month minimum, billed monthly. Months already worked are non-refundable. After the minimum, you can pause or cancel with notice before the next billing date; the following month simply won’t be charged.
