Three doors.
One operator.
Websites, paid ads, and email — for online brands and service businesses. Run by one person, capped at three retainer brands. Pick the door that matches what you actually need.
The Roadmap
90-min call plus a written plan. I look at your website, ads, and email, then send a prioritized fix list ranked by impact. Yours to keep, even if you don’t move forward.
Most useful for businesses doing $5k–$50k/month who feel something’s off but can’t pinpoint it. The output is a prioritized fix list ranked by impact — hire me to execute, hire someone else, or do it yourself.
- Live walkthrough of your website — design, copy, Google search visibility
- Your ads (Meta and Google) torn apart — what’s working, what’s not
- Email setup reviewed — flows, campaigns, gaps
- Top growth opportunities ranked by impact
- Written plan delivered in 48 hours
The Setup
Full implementation. Website, ads, and email shipped together. Same scope I built for Ceremony in 7 days, yours in 30.
Most useful for founders who already know what’s broken and want it fixed without managing a 5-person agency. One operator, one timeline, one invoice.
- Custom website built around your brand voice
- Ads launched on Meta or Google (or both)
- Email welcome sequence written and live in your account
- Two landing pages tuned for Google rankings
- Site set up for Google search (the technical foundations)
- One social channel automated (Instagram / Pinterest / TikTok)
- Brand voice doc + content plan handoff
The Retainer
Keep the stack running. Monthly ad management, content, and email. Capped at three brands.
Most useful for brands past the $20k/mo revenue mark who need an operator on the dashboard but aren’t ready for a full in-house growth hire ($8k–$15k/mo).
- Meta or Google ads managed monthly
- Monthly site review — search visibility, voice, what’s slipping
- Content engine running on one channel (IG / Pinterest / TikTok)
- One email campaign per month, written and shipped
- Quarterly review of automations + improvements
Each tier draws from the same toolkit. If you only need one of these standalone, that’s a custom-scope conversation — get the Roadmap and we’ll figure out the right shape.
Custom Shopify builds, search, conversion
Custom homepages, sales templates, search-ready tags, redirects, and the technical foundations that make the front end actually rank in Google.
Performance Max, Search, conversion tracking
Including the campaign structure that turned $13.2K into $98.8K for Da Life Outdoors. Conversion tracking, audience targeting, asset strategy, budget pacing.
Creative, audiences, conversion tracking
Campaign structure, ad creative direction, custom audiences, server-side conversion tracking, retargeting flows. The full stack from launch through optimization.
Welcome sequences, campaigns, list health
The benchmarks-backed sequences I write about in the field notes — rewritten welcome emails, monthly campaigns, list segmentation that drives revenue per recipient.
Voice systems, copy reviews, content plans
The methodology I used to clear 19 voice violations to zero on Ceremony in a week. Written guidelines, voice review checklists, content calendars.
AI-powered content engines
Single-channel content automation (IG / Pinterest / TikTok / articles) that runs on AI plus your existing creative library. Hands-off after setup.
Is the Roadmap applied as credit toward The Setup?
Yes. The Roadmap is real paid work with a tangible deliverable (the written plan), so it stands on its own. But if you move forward with The Setup or The Retainer within 30 days, the $497 is credited toward it — so the audit effectively costs nothing if we keep working together. You also skip the discovery call, since I already know your account.
Can I pay monthly for The Setup?
No. The Setup is a fixed-scope, fixed-price 30-day sprint, not a payment plan for ongoing work. If you want ongoing, that’s The Retainer. If $3,500 isn’t a fit but you still want help, start with The Roadmap and decide from there.
What if I only need one capability (e.g. email only)?
Get The Roadmap. If a single capability is genuinely all you need, the Roadmap will surface that and we’ll scope a custom one-off. I don’t list "email only" as a standalone because single-capability requests almost always reveal upstream issues that need addressing first.
Why is The Retainer capped at three brands?
Because I’m one person and my work quality drops past three concurrent active retainers. The cap is real, not a sales tactic. When it’s hit, the next intake is the next month a slot opens. Current capacity is on the homepage console.
Do you work with brands outside Hawaii / outside the US?
Yes. The Hawaii positioning is about who I am, not who I work with. Da Life Outdoors is local, Ceremony is local, but the methodology travels. Time-zone-wise, HST aligns with West Coast US daytime through Asia Pacific morning, which covers most ecommerce markets.
