Who I am
TradeWindStack is a one-person marketing studio operated by Renan Hernandez from Kaua’i, Hawaii. These terms apply when you purchase The Roadmap, The Setup, The Retainer, or any custom-scoped work.
The services
The Roadmap ($497): a 90-minute call plus a written plan delivered within 5 business days of the call. The plan is yours to keep. If you move forward with The Setup or The Retainer within 30 days, the $497 is credited toward it.
The Setup ($3,500): a fixed-scope, 30-day implementation sprint. Scope is agreed before work begins.
The Retainer ($1,500/mo, or $750/mo local): ongoing monthly work, 3-month minimum, then month-to-month with the ability to pause. Capped at three brands at a time.
Your responsibilities
To do the work I need timely access to the relevant accounts (ads, website, analytics, email) and reasonably prompt feedback. Delays in access or approvals may extend timelines.
Ownership
Work I produce for you (copy, pages, campaigns, documents) is yours once paid for. I may reference the work and anonymized results in my portfolio and case studies unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Limitation
Marketing results depend on factors outside my control (your product, market, budget, and platforms). I bring 14 years of experience and an honest process; I don’t guarantee specific revenue or ROAS outcomes.
